Lymphoedema Treatments
Our service provides extensive specialist lymphoedema treatments.
These include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), reduction therapy, bandaging, Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (IPC), and general treatments using a range of innovative tools and devices.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Suitable for those looking for a lymphatic drainage massage, including post cosmetic surgery or as a therapeutic but holistic treatment.
Our clinicians are highly trained in the Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic Drainage (FG-MLD© ) technique.
Bandaging
A course of bandaging applied in clinic by our extensively trained professionals. Designed to provide a volume reduction over a number of regular sessions.
Compression garments
If you feel that your compression garments are not doing the job, our clinicians can measure and fit you for new ones. We can make recommendations on different types of garments and provide you with samples to chose from.
Diagnostic tools
Our service makes use of some of the most advanced and innovative lymphoedema assessment tools available. This supports our clinicians in providing appointments which are comprehensive and accurate.
Photobiomodulation (PBM)
Our PBM, sometimes referred to as low level light therapy (LLLT), treatments utilise cutting-edge technology to promote cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation.
Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT)
The gold standard treatment, according to the international guidelines of the International Society of Lymphology. During this intensive treatment DLT can:
- Reduce the volume of lymphoedema
- Improve mobility and range of motion
- Improve quality of life.
- Decrease the risk of cellulitis

We welcomes those concerned about, or diagnosed with lipoedema.
We can provide a full assessment, garment fitting or onward referral and treatment recommendations.
